It is with deep regret that the Mechanicsville Volunteer Rescue Squad announces the passing of former Charter Member William “Archie” Pilkerton, Jr.

Archie was a dedicated member of our founding team, and his service helped lay the foundation for the organization we are today. His commitment to our community and to the mission of volunteer emergency service will not be forgotten.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
